HOW DOES THE ORDER WORK?
You send us your request and we send you an offer. We help you with all details of your order.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Textiles doesn´t have a minimum order quantity. We also print single pieces. All the other articles have one. Ask us for details.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATIONS?
Your personal informations like mail, fax, phone, adresses etc are handled with the utmost descretion. We do not pass your data to any third party.
CAN I RECLAIM MY GOODS?
You have the possiblility to reclaim your goods within the first 14 days of recieving it. This requieres, that the origin of the deficiency is part of the print or texture. Defective goods will be replaced upon receiving it.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?
You will receive an invoice with all relevant dails and informations after clarification of order. You have to pay these within 14 days.
WHAT KIND OF PRINTING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Primarily we offer screen printing. But flex and flock printing are also part of our range. You will find detailed information about our printing methods by clicking order informations.
WHICH FILE FORMAT DO YOU NEED?
Please send us your print data in a high resolution .jpg (at least 300 dpi), .psd .eps or as a PDF to daten@merchcowboy.com. ATTENTION. Make sure the size specifications of the data are the same as the printing size! We are not giving any warranty for incorrect prints!
DELIVERY TIMES
Textile printings and button productions take 6-9 days.
Special productions could possibly take a bit longer. But it won´t take longer than 4 weeks.
HOW DO I DELIVER A VECTOR GRAPHIC ?
All scripts and forms have to be converted to paths. Standard formats are .eps and .ai. Of course we suppot you by doing this.
WHAT KIND OF TEXTILES CAN YOU DELIVER?
We have a huge selection of raw-textiles. We would be pleased to help your finding the right products.
DO YOU OFFER GRAPHIC-SUPPORT?
Our graphics will be pleased to help you by creating layouts and printing templates. Just send us a mail!
WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER, PUBLISHING AN ONLINE-SHOP WITH MERCHCOWBOY?
You should have a few customers, because our services are with costs. We would like to advise you onyour sales idea!

Every order has its own history. Printing and production of merchandise-articles has lots of different variables. Please use our bid form or just call us!

No matter if buttons in special sizes, flags, hugh posters or printed condoms: We can get you almost everything! Just ask us!
SHIPPING
Normaly our shipping takes place via UPS. We send you a tracking number for tracking your shipment.
